What is our Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund but you must first request authorization to do so. Returns and exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise only, when received within 10 days of original shipment date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED and remain ODOR FREE. Items must have ALL tags attached and be accompanied by or returned in original packaging a long with the supplied packing slip. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
All " Almost New " items are final sale. We have done our best to look for holes, broken zippers, stains and any other defects, these items are sold " as is "and are not eligible for return.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without shipping labels on the shoe box. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a 20-50% restocking fee.
E-gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable online only.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason why you would like to return your purchase. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RA) to place on the original invoice that was emailed to you with your purchase. We will not accept any returns that do not have a return authorization number (RA). Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope (ideally the original package would be sufficient), and send back to us using an insured service to the return address. Insuring the package will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. We are not responsible for missing packages. Returns should be sent prepaid as we will not accept COD’s.
Processing of Returns
Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, Unikalife.com has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs if there are any. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error on our part.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Unikalife.com.
Can I Return an item to a Unika retail store?
Yes, we are happy to help you save on shipping. If you would like to return an item to our retail location please inform us when requesting the RA. Once you receive the RA follow the above steps, and then instead of shipping take your item to the store during store hours where one of our staff will accept and sign for your package. All refunds will be processed electronically through Unikalife.com within 7 days of drop off. The following address is drop location only.
